Well it's 36 hours now since we left La Gomera and we are settling down to being on passage. The first few hours were hard work with little breeze, possibly we were in the lee of the islands. Things are much more comfortable now, with 15-20 knots from the NE. There's not much to see, though we did sight 2 other yachts today, and from talking on the radio net each day there are plenty of boats making the crossing.
The boys have been brilliant, and loved watching the dolphins that swam along side for half an hour this morning.
I have developed banana anxiety ie can we eat our 80 bananas at a rate which exceeds the rate at which they are ripening and can I remember the various places they have been stowed? I'm relying on Sam for that!
Will update again soon!
