Registration with Royal Cornwall Yacht Club was successfully completed on Monday.
Communications with the Satellite phone via both voice and data have been tested and are working ok (keeping fingers crossed!)
Nine AZAB boats are moored together here at Port Pendennis Marina and a friendly 'community' is developing.
Weather forecasts for the Saturday start are changing by the day as we move towards more reliable predictions. Yesterday we looked like having SW25kts on the nose but a downloaded weather file I have just looked at (0800 Wednesday) suggest the depression will move further North and we will have less windy conditions - we will see! After that the conditions look light for a couple of days.
