Dany II...conditions are still pretty much today
with a large SW swell & wind chop...the wind is starting to drop more
into the 20kt. range, & looking at our grib charts etc., we should be
getting into the 15knt.s...some clouds today, keeping it comfortable
below...now, instead of being coated in red dust, we're now totally covered in
salt...can't seem to win!...at least we're making good head way toward our
destination of the Maldives...the auto pilot spit the dummy a while ago, but
we've managed to get it going again...with over 700 mi. to go, we really don't
want to have to hand steer all the way!...fortunately, before we left Salalah,
we were able to do a book trade, so we've got lots of new reading material to
keep us entertained between watches...the flying fish continue to commit suicide
on board & we're continually going around cleaning up the carnage...we've
had very little traffic so far, but we expect to see more as we get closer to
