Windy, bumpy night with wind veering to the north, so Peter took in the jib and the second half of the night was calmer under just the genoa (and also meant we could actually go in the right direction). In the morning the wind had dropped so we put the main out too, but before long, the wind was back behind us, so we reverted to the 2 head-sails. Who said you never touch the sails on an Atlantic crossing?!

Having put the latest batch of bread to rise at 3:00am (start of my watch), we think it is the best yet, though Peter nobly finished up yesterday's batch for his lunch rather than break into the new one! Milla used the washing machine for the first time - it's a revelation to have a washing machine on a boat! We rigged up a good washing line at the stern and it was all dry in no time.

Been thinking about all the things I kind of miss, but really don't eg the news, social media, a mirror, tv, being able to google something, running! I think its really good to have a break from it all. My kindle is being more used and appreciated than it has been for a while.
Milla

I've just introduced Milla to the mirror - Peter.
