Weather: Overcast,wet and cold.
Distance Travelled: on the log 129, Total on the log 2196 miles, total over
the ground is 2084 miles. Dist to go 116 miles.to our new destination of the
isle of Flores
Hi Folks
Just 116 miles to go. The bars on Flores are getting closer.
Today it is dull, overcast and its raining. Just like the Irish Sea we are
all in full oilies.
Home from home !!!
The gale that we thought we would run into appears to be tracking north
east, so though we have winds up to 30kts.it could have been a lot worse.
Young Rib Van Wiggy has shown a marked reluctance to sail changes this
morning. The spinaker that he has insisted on flying at every opportunity
lies snug in its bag.
No G/Ts today. Hot tea, coffee and soup is the order for today whilst we
deal with our next major task. Getting flights for Andy and Chris off the
Azores and home for work on Monday.
