We have had a great few days sailing. including a day with the spinnaker up. Then typicaly(as the forcast was for enhanced trades) The Foof went out of the Foofer. We are 170nm out of apia and the wind has deserted us. Last night was very light with the sails driving us mad with the slapping. Not alot to be done about it. Suns out bright this morning though and we have full water tanks and batteries. A bonus of having to use Donkey. The not so bonus is that we may have to drop into Pago Pago(american Samoa) as we are running out of fuel.
Both places will be heavenly cheap after french polenesia.
