Hi all. The weather has settled into a bit squally but not too wet(the Oracle leads us round most of them) and a general 15-28knots with still a deep 2.5m SE swell at 10sec and a 1.8m E swell at 7sec. to make it even more fun we have to slow down a bit to get to suwarrow tomorow morning. so we will have to roll about a bit(our course is west by north west so the big swell catches us on the quarter.) Poled out reefed jib and reefed main(steady sail)still doing 6.5-7knots
On the plus side we caught two fish yesterday. a 2.5foot yellowfin tuna and then a 4 foot 3 inch Mahi Mahi. Between them its 36 meals of fish. The Mahi Mahi had to be halved to fillet it. The 3 of us had less than 1 /8th for tea last night.
All is well, the crew are standing up to the jiggly seas like troopers. Chat soon.
