One week to go prior to departure south towards the Canaries, and still so much to do! Currently monitoring the situation at the pontoon, as the first autumnal depression in the Gulf of Biscay is moving past us, heading up north, giving gusts here of 48 knots. So far the forecasters got it right. Long term forecast is looking good for departure next weekend, but we always take the long term forecasts with a very large pinch of salt.
