Patience ARC 2012
Mon 13 Dec 2010 11:53
Dear Readers
Yet again I have to apologise for the crew’s complete dereliction of duty in keeping you all informed of what is happening here. Just because we have finished they think they deserve a rest and there is a lot of sleeping and lying around generally going on. That is all about to stop as today is boat cleaning day. This is not a quick wipe down but more of a get into every corner on hands and knees so Patience sparkles all this to be done in the heat of the day. I, of course, will be delegating and inspecting their handiwork.
Well dear readers we finished at 12.36pm on Saturday after a rather frustrating final few hours when the wind went light. However the run in was highlighted by the landing of a 10 pound yellow fin tuna which we ate last night – delicious.
