Portosin, Spain

After three days on the hook, we needed to do some jobs so we headed into the only marina in the ria, at Portosin.  Typically for Spain, there was a children’s playground literally at the top of the pontoon so the kids were able to play while Mum & Dad ran around doing laundry, supermarket, internet etc.  We treated ourselves to a lovely meal in the sumptuous clubhouse that evening, and watched the sun go down whilst sitting on the terrace with a bottle of rioja and a plate of tortilla.

The following day, after topping up with electricity & water, we were ready for another few days on the hook.  The morning cloud still hung in the valleys, and we decided to head back over to Muros for the night.  We dropped anchor, sans trip line, in 15m and slept well.

View from the marina looking NE, Portosin. You can just see one of the wind turbines poking through the cloud above the old man
