BIG TUNA!!!!

Right now life is great.for the last 36 hours, since starting we have had a
glorious sail, the wind has gone around to the SE at 15-18 knots and we are
making 81/2 knots..193 miles run in first 24 hours...fantastic...long may it
continue. The pacific looks beautiful, plenty of sea life, this morning
whilst I was having breakfast shoals?flocks of flying fish flew past in the
same direction as the boat. and the odd fishy smell I traced to 6 squid on
deck..( I will resist the Sick quid I owe you joke) they get everywhere
,even below.

There hasnt been a ship in sight since we left but we keep a watch which
mostly at night consists of watching movies and putting our head up every 10
minutes. Last night was Too Big to Fail..great movie but very scary, banks
have lot to answer for!,....... incredible they got away with it...wouldnt it have been interesting if we had let it all fail.........possibly a whole new World order..sadly back to the same old same old....mind you perhaps half of the world would have seen sense and come sailing......!!

Yesterday, much to the childrens excitement we caught a very big Tuna, so
big we have had to stop fishing as it will last us 3-4 days..it took 20
minutes to land which tickled Aston as we are reading the Old Man and the
Sea together.

We should be in the Marquesas in a couple of weeks if this pace keeeps up
but right now I am in no hurry to arrive.!!!!
