After being ashore in the Sopramar yard for 2.5 months,
when we came back we found the boat covered with Sahara
sand and birds roosting in the mainsail cover. Urghh. Here we
are, in the boat hoist again all sparkly, cleaned and antifouled ready for
launching and then off to Madeira. For only the second time in 30 years we have
paid to have Moonshadow Star professionally cleaned and polished. They made a
good job of it.
