Sunday 19th July 9.00 BST
Position130NM N/W of AGADIR and 220NM N/E of LANZAROTE
ETA LANZAROTE Monday night/Tuesday morning
Winds N/E 4 or 5
Weather good- but rain heading our way

Much more comfortable night and got real sleep this time (mind you only in short spells) but both feeling better for it
Apologies all round this morning for tired words at 5.00am swap over- I guess two experienced sailing guys in a boat together with little sleep might occasionally step on each others toes, as they take out any frustrations on the other- mind you it gives me something to write about other than sleep/wind/ETA,s / nautical miles or corny lines from classic films!

In Rhett's case -I put it down to a case of dragging fishing lines for three days without a bite- that was not what he had in mind as he came armed with some impressive fishing kit!
(In fact he,s amazed at what little marine life in these seas and lack of bird life, other than a few shearwater  and Porpoise its been pretty lifeless)

In my case- well just ask Deborah!

Wind much lighter now and only 140NM yesterday but dead behind with pole out making 6- 6.5 Knots
Having to run engine to charge batteries as Genny has small issue which I am trying to fix at sea
But both well and enjoying this pleasant sailing
