This is the port control tower

A view over the marina - we are in there somewhere

 The hospital

It is a real port. This picture and the next were taken from the same place, this one looking right; the next looking left.

The hospital with port control tower in background

They do like their windows !!

Fishing boats - just like Bognor :-)

I don't know what this is - but it looked impressive

The main square - we nhad walked passed it three times without realising it was there, we had just been on the wrong road. Lots of tapas bars round here which we will be trying tonight.

A mixture of old and new.

Hope the pics give you a feel of the place - it is quite charming and is the only place I've been to where people have gone out of their way to talk to us and offer help - even if we couldn't understand what they were saying.

The weather has been great the last two days and is looking good for next few days as well. We will probably stay here till Saturday I'm waiting for some bits to arrive from the UK to fix a problem on the boom, they were due today but hey this is Spain - tomorrow will do.

The plan roughly is to take 2 weeks on N Spanish coast, 2 weeks up to S Brittany and 2 weeks around Channel Isles and possibly Salcombe/Dartmouth getting home mid to end of July.

PS: Our email address doesn't accept attachments because it is intended to be used with Satellite phone which works at about 9600 baud rather than the 8000000 baud of broadband - it also costs £1.50 a minute so a big attachment could block all our emails till it was cleared.
I am only able to upload these photos because we are temporarily connected via the marina wi-fi system.
