Hi Reader,
Position 46:00N 010:19W Boat virtually stopped and just making 1.5 kts just
north of west till this depression rolls over us. At the moment its raining
and blowing 25 knots and poor Mumble was being shaken to bits beating into
the waves. The bloody wind has been blowing in the direction I want to go
for the last 24 hours so its been beating all the way. Managed to clock 106
miles on log but not so many towards my destination. Hopefully this will
blow through by tonight and the next few days should be fine. Even the solar
panel doesn't want to play today.
Had a few minor repairs on the tiller today which took an hour and half but
it all seems fine at the moment.
Think I will log this day down as "what the hell am I doing here day"! and
look forward to sunshine tomorrow.
