After a rough night on anchor, we left Selvagem Grande early in the morning on Wednesday, the 10th of November, in the direction of Gran Canaria.  As we had some spare time, we assessed our options and decided to visit Fuerteventura for a couple of days.  So we enjoyed a relaxed sail and headed towards the channel between Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.  On the way, we stopped at a very nice beach, with a suggestive name: Playa del Dormidero.  26º water temperature, very transparent, great sunshine… in mid November.  Jumps into the water, swimming and all kinds of similar gruelling activities.

We have now settled into a quiet and charming marina further south (Puerto del Castillo) for a good night’s sleep before we head off to Las Palmas tomorrow night.

Until next time,

The Enigma Crew
