After a rough night on anchor, we left Selvagem Grande early in the morning on Wednesday, the 10^th of November, in the direction of Gran Canaria.  As we had some spare time, we assessed our options and decided to visit Fuerteventura for a couple of days.  So we enjoyed a relaxed sail and headed towards the channel between Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.  On the way, we stopped at a very nice beach, with a suggestive name: Playa del Dormidero.  26º water temperature, very transparent, great sunshine… in mid November.  Jumps into the water, swimming and all kinds of similar gruelling activities.

We have now settled into a quiet and charming marina further south (Puerto del Castillo) for a good night’s sleep before we head off to Las Palmas tomorrow night.
