After two weeks of either clear skies or, at most, scattered showers, last night we got drenched by a series of squalls.  It made for rambunctious sailing and a lot of clothes hung out to dry this afternoon, once the front had passed us by.  I’m not sure who got the worst of it. There were several squalls with rain over my 4-8am watch, but I’d gone out in just a windbreaker and sweatpants, assuming they would passing us to the north (as they had done the night before).  Damian, forewarned, came out in his full foul weather gear, but the skies really opened up on him, so I’m not sure if he got off any drier.  Rowan may have had the best solution, crawling up under the dodger and staying completely out of the weather as the last of the front passed us by this afternoon.
