October was a month of intensive preparations — rigging, sails, liferaft, radio, registration — just getting to know the boat! But now I’m home near Seattle and DZ awaits in Albufeira. I head back with crew just after Christmas, when we’ll head south to the Canaries and the start of the ARC January! |
