Great progress yesterday covering 169 miles in 24 hours, nearly home as we lie 150 miles off shore?  Last night added everything we had missed yesterday with wind, rain and fog.  All cleared today and broad reaching along in the sun again and light wind.  Still surrounded by birds ?skuas and just passed two trawlers hoovering up the last of the fish.  It might explain why yesterday there was great excitement at dusk as the line went taught, the new rod broke! and we wound in a....... plastic bag.  Rod repairs required now.
Everything else going well, still on fresh food and Depeche doing well.  Happy crew getting our sea legs and sleeping lots.
