The wind finally picked up from the south east which is where we are heading - unfortunately that means tacking, so with one tack overnight we will be heading another 100 miles or so on this tack before everything starts sloping the other way.  We had got used to a flat boat with all the downwind sailing so to now be living at 30 degrees of heel we start climbing our way through the boat again.  Working in the galley is challenging but some plastic mats seem able to stop a plate from sliding at almost any angle - we need them on the floor!
The sun is shining, fresh chicken sandwiches for lunch and 9 knots of wind all is looking good in our visible 900,000 acre domain! (we worked that out before lunch - sad?)  No-body in sight.
