It's just past 9pm and Roger and I just finished our watch. And I have discovered a new hobby, star gazing. Night time, by far is my favorite part of the day and my favorite watch, be it at 9pm or 2 in the morning. The weather is just right, breesy and not too cool and not too warm, just right
At about 8pm tonight, the captain and the crew took the chute down as the wind slowly died down all the way to about 4kts. The engine was started and now Bandido is motorsailing once again, right now we're doing about 7 knots. Today, for the most part, we had great wind, the chute was up and we were cruising at a average speed of 7kts, sometimes the speedomerter read 9 and even 10 knots, very nice!
Lovely day today, for lunch we enjoyed wahoo sashimi as appetizer and we had grilled wahoo as main course, we are still enjoying the big catch from yesterday, it was a very much fun day. Lots of excitement.
Time for bed now, good night!
