Bit slow again over last 24 hours, seem to be rowng through treacle again. Any other time rowing with this amount of effort would see us shooting along at 2.5kts but today has been a struggle to approach 2kts. Has improved since lunchtime but wind appears to be coming from south west so its coming across us again. One thing we didnt mention yesterday was seeing our first frigate bird. Huge birds with what must be an almost 2m wingspan, big yellow bill, white chest and long forked tail. The tail rather looks like its trailing a pair of legs, which led one of the previous participants to believe they were bats! Jst hovered and soared in the breeze before occasioally swoopng ddwn and scooping up a smallfish. Just about to go past the 10000nm mark which is good, hopefully watchng 3 figures go down slowly is better than watching.
