WE MADE IT!!!
We arrived in Antigua just after 1630 gmt on monday, after 78 days at sea. We both were very wobbly on our legs. Got off the boat and had our first 'proper food' for 2.5 months (burger and chips!). It was really great to see the other competitors who had already arrived and we had a good reception with yachts sounding their fog horns and people setting off flares on the quay. most of the other competitors still had their beards and was quite difficult to recognise some with facial hair and pronounced weight loss. We were weighed in and Paul had lost 17kg and I had lost 5kg (one other rower had lost 30kg! but he was a bit on the large side to start with!!)
The computer died two days before we finished so apologies for no updates on the last few days and since then it has been very busy sorting boat. Thank you to everyone for their support to us during the crossing, it has been great to know that people were following our progress and the messages that we have had from people have been a real boost for us during hard time. Also a very big thank you to everyone who has donated to the charity on our behalf, the companies who have helped us with the cost of shipping and food, our friends and families for being understanding about us going off and doing this crazy adventure and our respective employers for allowing us the time to go off and fufill our dream.

Anyone who had been inspired to row and ocean and is looking for a boat, I know one that will be for sale soon!

Thank you again, we will be putting up lots more photos in due course so please come back and look at them shortly.
