Very little to report today except that weather hasnt really altered yet. Slight breeze from south to south west which doesnt help but is easy enough to make progress against and some small waves from the south which hit the boat side on and tend to make it rock. One oar gets jammed in the water while the other flaps in thin air! This can go on for few mintes until able to get it under control and on move again. Barely making aknot of progress per hour today but we are heartened by the trouble most of th other boats are having and we managed a much improved vmg compared to most boats yesterday, hopefully that contines day. Weather due tiimprove tomorrow and we can head off again. Saw a few possible whales blowing spra out of their blow holes but never came close enough to identify.
