Hello all, sorry this is the first blog up date, has been quite choppy and the thought of typing has not been fun!. We had a good start with the wind behine us for about 2hours then it changed direction and became more wave. The boat and both for us are coping well, a few blisters and chaffed bottoms but otherwise all good. The nights have been exciting with the moon only coming up at about midnight so v dark before, very good viewing of stars, encluding shooting stars, an phosphoresence in the water.

The wind turned this morning so we weren’t making any headway west so we stopped for a few hours on the sea anchor and caught up on food, sleep and cleaning ourselves!

Have been rowing together to make better headway into wind, all in all going well so far!
