After we left Plymouth on Sunday June 1^st @ 0900 hrs we have sailed 550 miles up till Wednesday June 3^rd @ 1100 hrs . the weather has been fabulous, sunny and in the wind  in the NE , giving us a great downwind sail. We did lose the wind at night so we had to put on the” iron sail “.

Today we the wind and the weather has changed it is very grey and no wind so we are motoring , and it looks as though we may have to motor the last 100 miles.

Our position now is around25 miles from  Cape Finisterre which the tip of Northern Spain.
