At last after 3 days extra in Bayona because of bad weather it changed today and we were able to leave for Povoa , although the wind was downwind it was not strong enough to sail so we motored sail the 50 miles.

We arrived in Povoa in bright sunshine and it was good to get a change of scenery , we have had to miss the visit to the Taylors Port wine facilities , but as it was arranged for 09 30 in the morning perhaps it was not a bad thing !

Tonight it is a Rally dinner at the local yacht club , and then off at 0700 tomorrow  for a 75 mile leg to Figueira da Foz.

Got to rush the food is calling
