Shane and I had a rough 20 hour sail through the gales to Weymouth, via Portland Bill, and finally anchored in Weymouth Bay just before midnight on Friday. Exhausted but exhilarated!

Then a wonderful weekend with Mark (Shane’s brother), Corrie and Matt onboard, with years of catching up to do, and my first meeting with them.  It was lovely and a special time.  Then another great surprise as my brother Adrian came down to visit for the afternoon today, Sunday.  We had a very wet ride out in the dinghy to watch the wayfarers (he has one, and had many friends out there) racing around Weymouth / Portland.

We hope to set off tomorrow morning, Monday, for a 10 hour (?) sail to Portsmouth ….. unload Talulah, and hopefully haul her out for a week or 2. 

Maybe we’ll finally get to Sussex one day soon…..!?
