Just a picture of our current state. Temperature: 18 degrees. My fingers get numb every time I bring a load of stuff out to the boat.

The sharp-eyed among you will notice that the prop has been removed from the outboard. They're very easy to remove, and apparently are a frequent theft item.
Note to self: Remember to replace it before we hit the water.
