A freature of the trip has been exercises on the foredeck each
eveing at
sunset. Nadine (aka. Kay) has lead from the front in exercises such as
aptly named 'Superman', which, if performed on dry land would be one thing,
but on a pitching boat is quite another often ending in gales of laughter
from the foredeck.
Lots of motoring today. Very little wind, and forecast of little more in
the next few days. So much for the NE trades having set in for the year!
