As the remnants of Hurricane Ida batter the east coast of the USA, and here’s hoping it’s the last one for this season, with a week to go I’ve started packing and reviewing our preparations.  Newman and I are going over our proposed nav track this weekend, not that there’s much to it.  Only 5 waypoints in 2980 miles!   I spoke to the other crew members back in the UK today and they are equally imminent, packing over the weekend and reviewing their own preparations ready for our RV at Gatwick airport on the morning of Saturday 21^st for the 0815 flight to Lanzarote.
