We sailed from Dubrovnik after checking out at the main port of Gruz., heading south west for the heel of Italy.

We crossed the Adriatic after a day and a night of motoring and continued non-stop around the toe of Italy and arrived in the Messina Straits between Sicily and mainland Italy after 3 days, berthing in the small marina at Reggio Di Calabria on the mainland. No wind or head winds was the story for 95% of the trip which resulted in about 60 hours of motoring.
