Day 7 - Azores to Gibraltar

18 Miles to go to Gibraltar. 1011 Miles gone so far.
We have anchored just off the a beach in Tarifa, Spain. Around the corner another 18 miles is Gibraltar. The wind gods decided today was not the day to arrive in Gibraltar. We had 25-30 knot headwinds and we struggled all day with big seas. Very tiring but feels great to have the anchor down and all calm. Tomorrow morning we will go with the favorable tide to Gibraltar if the winds have eased as forecast. All good onboard - cold beer in hand :).
