We had an uneventful night and we sailed 160 nm in the past 24 hours so we are making steady progress.  .  We saw the last flying fish just off the coast of Sao Miguel in the Azores, we still encounter pods of dolphins.

It is sunny and not to cold this morning. We are all well.
