We spent 2 nights in Sao Miguel. Genevieve and Carl went to visit a friend at the eastern tip of the island, whilst Anton and I hired a car and spent yesterday afternoon driving up to the top of one of the many volcanic craters and its lakes.

We are now on our way to Lisbon and are hoping to arrive by the end of the week. There are several low pressure systems established and developing in the Atlantic that most likely will interfere with our course, we are prepared for some rough weather by the middle/end of the week.

We are all well.
