run over 24 hours: 110 NM
Switched off engine at 1030 and now enjoying some
quiet at last. If we make it to Carnsore Point waypoint under sail, we have
enough fuel to motor home from there ok.
AIS might be visible on Live Ships website from
this am as only 23 miles from coast but will probably lose it again as we head a
little east of north to meet (I mean clear!!!) Burial Island, N.I. which is
the most easterly point of Ireland.
DISREGARD PREVIOUS JUST RECEIVED IRISH FORECAST OF
GALES TONIGHT IRISH SEA AND N WESTERLIES TOMORROW. LOOSE SAIL MAKES IT
WORSE!! dIVERTING TO PROBABLY KINSALE.
