All smiles and sunshine but generator problems ruled the day.

We had high revs from it then a cut out. Key problem seemed to be the impeller which we replaced. 

It was very difficult to do since the generator is in a very small space at the back of the stern port cabin.

It ran for 40 mins afterwards and packed up again. It took most of the day to get to that point.

Following a sat call to Fisher Panda we now have some instructions to implement in the morning.

Otherwise all is going well. Our next champagne and fruitcake celebration will be when we cross ”The Great Fold” (?)
