Day 3: All's good aboard Parati. Some very fast sailing
last night - up to 10 knots, on a broad reach with two reefs. Lots of clouds to
great us this morning - a bit like we're home already! We're heading east at the
moment to stay well clear of possible effects of hurricane/ tropical storm Alex
(remnants of Pacific hurricane Agatha), which may form off Florida in the next
few days (would be first of "the season") and track NE across the Atlantic. No
flying fish on deck this morning - only sargasso
seaweed!
