Position 40:32.60N 74:08.10W Great Kills, NJ
Wend our way down river and out past “Greg’s Island” and into Great Kills. Very shallow entrance!
The coast guard calls for a chat and tells us we can’t enter the Port of NY until we have answered some questions... I have to point out we have already been and gone! Maybe the East River is a secret back door?
Windy day in Great Kills the next day... cold and very windy in fact!
