After spending four days in Darwin we took off for Cairns and the Australian Gold Coast.

Our extra time in Darwin was spend installing the HF radio; necessary for the Pacific crossing.   Kim Squirrel of NT Avionics at Darwin International Airport did a superb job installing the radio and it seems to work very well - we gave it a good test on the Cairns flight!

Our next flights will be south towards Brisbane, Lord Howe Island and Norfolk Island before leaving Australia for Vanuatu.
