Hello All,

We've just passed north of Komodo Island... famous for it's nasty carniverous dragons. These cuddly creatures regularly bite their own gums to maintain open wounds in their mouths so that when they bite a victim it's death by infection is almost guaranteed. The dragon then tracks down the dying animal and enjoys a leisurely meal. Nice. No sign of any prowling around My Way's decks, but perhaps we're a little far offshore for them to swim out. We did however hook a lovely Dorado which we named 'dinner'. Another hot, flat day, My Way is now really gleaming from all the work we've been able to do as we motor along on such a calm sea. We've got 209 miles to go to Bali and we really expected to be in by tomorrow evening, but once again we're dogged by an annoying 2 knots of opposing current which makes an early morning arrival more likely.

Lots of love,
