After getting throught the squall line last night without too much drama, we
have found ourselves almost becalmed with less than 5 knots of wind. Not
what was shown on the satellite pictures or forecast! We are trickling along
at 4 knots trying to get into stronger breeze but this is when the rest of
the fleet sails around us. The joys of racing. Hopefully we should be in
better breeze by this evening and start pulling back the lost miles.
Really, really hot today. The sun umbrella is up on the patio and we are
waiting for the icemaker to do its job.
