Hi Chris,

Hopefully, this should be our last submission - with ease we hope!

Our position is 14 06 697N 059 22 038W

Current information:
Wind strength: 16
Wind direction: 044
Heading: 285
Boatspeed: 11 knots (A5, starboard tack)

Historical (last 12 - 24 hours):
Wind strength: 7 - 23 knots (light yesterday afternoon, built after some breezy rain and has been full on most of the night since about 1130)
Wind direction: 089 - 040
Heading: 305 260
Boatspeed: 8 - 18 knots

We have had some entertainment last night, plenty of sail changes had staysail in and out, up and down,  A2 up and down a few times, A4 up when it got over 20 (until the halyard let go and the whole chute went in the sea at pace - no damage remarkably) and now A5 since then. Which was approximately 0500.

Hence most of us have been up most of the night and the grinders are breaking unless we feed them constantly. Legendary sailing though.

Less than 100 miles and about 10 hours to go, if we can keep on the throttle. Principal plan is rhumbline and then try to sail shortest distances, avoiding overfalls around St Lucia.

Regards,
Duncan
