Fresh and frozen food hurriedly packed away by Claire (for fear of nNot getting off the boat!) and we are off with an ecstatic send-off by wives and WoWsers with horns and whistles, also waking up any sleeping crews. Slow-going with light winds in the 24 hrs since departure and we have succumbed to the donk this morning as it has disappeared altogether. Crew morale is very high with no sickness and the mouth-watering prospect of gourmet food all carefully planned and stored by Em and Claire, thank you so much! Porpoises overnight and the stariest sky ever with BETELGEUSE burning brightly.
