We had a harty breakfast at the hotel and headed out to buy provisions at the supermarket near the boat. After a successful departure we headed out to a 

small island and snorkelled, swam and jumped in the sea many times. We headed back under sail and I successfully helmed the boat including a tack

without anyone being knocked over-board. After further swinming at the local pool we showered and had dinner at the hotel restaurant and a few beers.
