Yesterday we came all the way to Falmouth rather than stopping off in Fowey as today’s forecast was poor. We motored to start with but half way the wind picked up and we had a really enjoyable sail. On the way we saw a whole school of porpoises swimming and jumping – very exciting! We are rafted next to Coral IV in Mylor yacht harbour where they welcomed us with an arrival drink. It is a really pretty place which looked lovely in yesterday’s sunshine. Unfortunately we can’t see much of it this morning as it is pouring down. We had bacon and eggs for breakfast to cheer John up. We think we might be moving into Falmouth itself this afternoon.
