Ted & I suspect that there will be a restricted choice when we come to ordering.

Just so the folks back home won't worry about our diet, here's a sample menu for today Sunday 29 November.

1  Pate foi-gras with thin toast and onion marmalade.

 

2  Fresh caught Atlantic Dorado lightly grilled with a squeeze of lemon      juice.

 

3  Pan-fried Venison with a red wine sauce + new potatoes, baby carrots,    and mange-tout peas.

 

4  Choice of Lemon Sorbet or Knickerbocker Glory.

 

5  Selection of cheeses + LOTS of CRACKERS.

 

6  Fresh ground coffee + liqueurs and wafer-thin mints.

 

  A wide choice of fine wines from around the world is available from       our cellar.
