21st 1600 BST 859NM to Lizard

Fast speeds. Broken Spinnaker pole last night but we have a spare. Now in depression with double reefed main and headsail.

Mark cooked amazing food yesterday: Croissants, poached eggs, chorizo, tomatoes and mushrooms for breakfast and then Hunters chicken (Home m Ade ) for dinner.

Big change in 24 hours: Sjorts and sunshine to west coast of Scotland in the rain!
