speeds from Carrick of 5-9 knots and more than 160 nm Our position this afternoon having done 200nm is 26.42n 18.15w
All 4 are well and did their watches. One yacht passed our stern with no
lights on but the full moon gave her away 2 container vessels passed within
a mile safely
Just running under headsail at present 1 reef and present wind should be
with us for rest of the day with winds slowing for the next few days
Supper was diced chicken and rice all was consumed (too little?)
