The weather was a bit rough most of the day as we threaded our way through the near deserted Croatian islands and crowded yacht-racing regattas on the approach to our destination of Marina Kastela. Graptolite is by far the tattiest and grubbiest boat in the marina sat amongst the rows and rows of very large and gleaming charter-fleet yachts. We are fairly sure though that no other boat here has travelled so far.

Grapto will be lifted out of the water here soon and will be given a very big upgrade over the winter months to get her ready for more grand voyaging in 2023.
